Our lab is affiliated with several graduate training programs through the Program in Biomedical Sciences (PIBS), an umbrella program designed to give students maximal flexibility during their first year of graduate study. PIBS students can join our lab through one of the following programs:

• Molecular and Integrative Physiology (MIP)
• Program in Cellular and Molecular Biology (CMB)
• Neuroscience Graduate Program (NGP)

Students are also able to join our lab through direct application to the Neuroscience Graduate Program (NGP) or through the Program in Chemical Biology (PCB).

Informal inquiries about the possibility of joining our lab as a rotating graduate student are highly encouraged. Please inquire to Matthias Truttmann directly regarding this or for more information regarding research opportunities on specific projects.

We love having undergraduates in the lab and are always looking for bright, responsible, and enthusiastic students to join our growing team. Undergraduates will typically work one-on-one with a Postdoctoral or PhD student mentor on a predetermined project. We currently accept students through the following programs:

• Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP)
• Summer Research Opportunity Program (SROP)
• Work-Study Program
